CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments greatly impact my ability to accommodate other clients. I kindly ask that you respect the following policies: Cancellations & Reschedules: • I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service booked. No-Shows: • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before being able to rebook. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service to stay on schedule. The full service fee will still apply.
